Event Service Request Form

Thank you for requesting the Student Alumni Ambassadors to assist with your alumni event. Please fill out the request form below at least two weeks prior to your event in as much detail as possible. A member of our Executive Board will be in touch with you shortly. Please know that form submission does not guarantee participation from the SAA. Participation is based on availability.

Please note: This submission form applies to event assistance on the UIC campus, not Urbana.
